How do we ensure maximum reach and impact of our project's results?

What strategies ensure our results are adopted and create long-term change?

Objectives

The issue of disseminating the project outputs and results, and campaigning with a call for action, has a very high priority within the project and has been developed into a separate work package 8. Efficient communication, both internal (among thePPs and with the associated partners) and external, with the target groups(TGs) and relevantstakeholders, is essential to the project’s correct functioning and achievement of its general (and communication) objectives as outlined in the work plan.

Two main objectives are pursued with work package 8:

  1. creating a broad public awareness of the goals of the EU and the project (public relation)
  2. dissemination of the project outcomes in the sense of the broadest possible use in the professional scene (dissemination).

At the end of the project, not only must the project objectives be achieved and the planned products developed, but they must also be known to a broad general public as well as to the relevant experts and stakeholders, and they must also have found a practical application with the political decision-makers.

Therefore, especially in the third year of the project, we have developed a variety of activities to ensure a high penetration of the relevant stakeholders.

Specific goals:

  • Implement a Comprehensive Communication Strategy:
    Utilize each partner's existing communication channels (homepage, social media, newsletters, etc.) and create dedicated project channels (website, social media accounts, YouTube) to maximize outreach.
  • Engage Partners in Active Communication Participation:
    Ensure all project partners actively contribute to communication and dissemination efforts, including creating and distributing PR tools (flyers, banners, posters) in both English and local languages.
  • Leverage Social Media Reach:
    Use earned reach through cross-sharing by network members and influencers, with additional use of paid reach via A/B testing and social media advertising to optimize audience engagement and click rates.
  • Centralized Public Relations Management:
    Assign EEBG to handle centralized public relations, relieving partners of media production responsibilities, while ensuring high-level information transfer to target groups, allowing partners to focus on content development.
  • Monitor and Expand Stakeholder Involvement:
    Regularly monitor and engage current and new stakeholders during physical meetings and national outreach activities, ensuring targeted dissemination to specific groups, institutions, and networks across Europe.
  • Launch and Promotion of the Master Program:
    Officially launch the Master Program in Cultural Diplomacy, advertise for recruitment, and conduct an admission session, ensuring alignment with the broader project outcomes.

What we are working on

Development: Communication & Dissemination Strategy

This task involves developing a comprehensive communication and dissemination strategy for the project. The strategy will leverage the existing channels of each partner (social media, websites, newsletters) and create new ones (website, social media accounts) to ensure wide-reaching visibility and engagement with target audiences.

Estrablish and Operate Social Media Channels

This task includes setting up and managing social media channels for the project across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. Regular posting will be optimized to maximize engagement and reach, with cross-sharing by partners and influencers to further amplify the project’s message.

Project Website

The project website will be developed and maintained by EEBG, serving as the central hub for project updates, materials, and outcomes. Each partner will contribute content and updates, ensuring the website reflects the project's progress and key results.

Communication & Dissemination Activities

This task focuses on the ongoing dissemination of the project’s achievements and activities through a combination of social media campaigns, PR materials, and events. Partners will use their networks and platforms to engage stakeholders, while EEBG coordinates paid advertising and social media boosting to reach broader audiences.

Stakeholder Management

Stakeholder engagement will be closely monitored and expanded throughout the project. EEBG will lead efforts to involve new stakeholders, update current stakeholders on progress, and ensure that relevant institutions, influencers, and networks remain engaged in the project’s objectives.
